RENEWAL NOTICE

Dear Counselors / Marriage & Family Therapists:

Due to a clerical error and complications we have had with the new online renewal process, the Board has decided to grant a one-time 30-day extension, not to exceed August 1, for all licensees whose renewal period ends on June 30, 2019.  Please note that after August 1, 2019 the Board will assess the late fees for failure to renew on time.

It is important that this be completed so that you can continue to practice, bill and retain employment.  Anyone who has not renewed their license by August 1, 2019 will have an inactive license.

It is of great importance that the board office have a correct email address on file for you, as this will be the method through which you will receive your receipt/card for licensure renewal.

We apologize for any inconvenience.  Board staff is available to assist with any renewal issues that may arise.  We look forward to your attention and adherence to the renewal process and procedures to ensure a seamless renewal of your license to practice.
